We've tried to keep it as simple as possible for you to purchase our products from our website, and we ask that you read this document and all subsequent documents linked herein as they contain important information, including terms, conditions, limitations and exclusions that may apply to you when purchasing from our website.

Shopping Online

Add items to your shopping cart as you browse the store. Each time an item is added, the shopping cart page will appear showing the items you have selected.

Items can be removed from your cart by selecting an item 'remove' checkbox and pressing the 'update cart' button. Press the 'continue shopping' button to return to the store.

From the store, press the 'view cart' button at any time to see the selections you have made. You may change the quantity of any item by entering a number in the quantity box and pressing the 'update cart' button.

Privacy and Security

TENREHTE will never divulge or use your contact information other than to send out your order or send email notifications that you have requested. We do not spam or add further junk to the Internet.

When you shop online at TENREHTE we never see your Credit Card details. For credit card payment you will be directed to a secure third party online payment service. After your card has been processed you will be returned to our site.

1. TENREHTE uses PayPal for checkout and invoice payment processing for orders placed on the website. While you don't need a PayPal account to complete a purchase, creating a PayPal account is recommended. You can also use Google Wallet to process your payment during checkout.

2. All prices quoted are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and payments must be made in U.S. Dollars.

3. You are responsible for shipping charges for your order; domestic shipments are delivered FOB TENREHTE's shipping dock in Rochester, NY, international shipments are delivered FCA (Incoterms 2000) TENREHTE's shipping dock in Rochester, NY USA. Sorry, we do not ship COD.

4. Your receipt of an order confirmation from TENREHTE does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. TENREHTE reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. TENREHTE reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

5. TENREHTE tries to ensure that all product information and prices appearing on the website are correct at the time you place your order; however, TENREHTE does not assume responsibility for any errors. If an error has been discovered in the price of the product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and you will be given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.

6. For domestic orders, sales tax will be calculated and charged FOB TENREHTE's shipping dock in Rochester, NY. Any sales tax charged will be indicated during checkout.

7. Tax-exempt entities can request a refund of the tax paid on an order. We require a copy of your duly executed sales tax exemption certificate and the billing or shipping address on the order must match the address on the certificate. Please include a copy of your order receipt. You can email your request including both a soft copy of your executed sales tax exemption certificate and a soft copy of your order receipt to sales at tenrehte dot com. Your email subject line should include your order number.

8. Please do not attempt to change your shipping address once you submit your order. Although we cannot guarantee a change of your shipping address, you may email your request to change your shipping address, including a soft copy of your order receipt to sales at tenrehte dot com. Your email subject line should include your order number. Note that once the physical shipment for your order has left our fulfillment warehouse your shipping address cannot be changed. If your shipment is not successfully delivered it will be returned to our fulfillment warehouse and a credit will be made to your account.

9. International Orders

9.1. Tenrehte gladly accepts orders International Orders from countries around our Earth. Available shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.

9.1.1. For International Orders only: We strive to provide accurate shipping rates and fees during your checkout process. Sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control, the quoted International shipping rates and fees are in error. Once you place your International Order we will contact you if we find an issue with the quoted International shipping rates and fees. After you authorize a specific rate, depending on the amount we will either credit the excess to you or issue you an invoice for the remainder of the charges.

9.1.2. International Orders can not be shipped until shipping rates and fees are prepaid.

9.2. Note that your International Order shipment may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are your responsibility as the buyer; please review our STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE for more details.

9.3. 9.4. Due to delivery service limitations, Tenrehte may not be able to deliver to a region whether or not that region is listed above. For addresses in more remote locations, please allow additional time for transit regardless of the delivery service level chosen at your time of checkout.

11. All Website Purchases Are Final

11.1. All products purchased from our website are Non-Cancelable, Non-Returnable ("NCNR"). Unless otherwise authorized by TENREHTE, you agree to the following NCNR terms:

11.1.1. All product purchases placed using our website are Non-Cancellable once your order has been accepted by TENREHTE.

11.1.2. Excluding products returned for warranty service, all products purchased from our website are Non-Returnable, and TENREHTE has no obligation to accept the return of any of any products for whatever reason, with the sole exception of when the product is found to be damaged or defective at time of receipt, as long as the you notify TENREHTE within 10 days of receipt of any such product.

12. How your order is processed:

12.1. Most orders placed Monday thru Friday will be processed and confirmed within one to three business days.

12.2. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will start to processed and confirmed starting on the following Monday, most orders will be processed and confirmed within one to three business days.

12.3. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. We observe all United States federal holidays.

12.4. Please note that order processing time does not include transit time. Transit time is the responsibility of delivery service chosen during checkout.

13. How your order is shipped:

13.1. All delivery dates are estimates and may vary.

13.2. Delivery dates do not have guaranteed delivery times.

13.3. Ground: 3-7 business days after order acceptance.

13.4. 2nd Day Air: 2-3 Business days after order acceptance.

13.5. Next Day Air: 1 Business day after order acceptance.

13.6. Signatures may be required upon delivery; if a signature is required, delivery drivers may not leave packages without first obtaining signatures, so you must arrange for someone to receive the package and sign for it.

14. Please review this IMPORTANT NOTICE for notices, terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE, the STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE shall prevail.
